Pascal J. Goldschmidt,M.D.

Pascal J. Goldschmidt, M.D., an internationally renowned cardiologist and cardiovascular researcher, has overseen tremendous growth since his 2006 arrival at the University of Miami, where he is Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs and Dean of the Miller School of Medicine and Chief Executive Officer of UHealth, which encompasses three hospitals and more than 30 out-patient facilities across South Florida. Among many accomplishments, he led the University’s unprecedented emergency response in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake and the creation of the John P. Hussman Institute for Human Genomics, the Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Institute and the Life Science & Technology Park.
