Senior Program Director National Academy for State Health Policy
Lynn leads NASHP efforts to support states’ health reform initiatives by fostering strategies that leverage HIT and IT systems to improve health and health care. Her work involves Academy participants and state policy makers, state HIT coordinators, Medicaid, and other state and federal partners. Her 30 years of diverse health related experience spans direct patient care, public policy, health organizations, state government and philanthropy. She served as Director for ONC’s State-level Health Information Exchange Consensus Project and held positions with the Colorado Health Institute, The Colorado Trust, Governor Romer’s Colorado Health Care Reform Initiative, and with Colorado’s Medicaid and CHIP agency. Lynn holds a BA from Drew University and a BSN from Emory University.
