Forest Blanton

Mr. Blanton serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Memorial Healthcare System.  Memorial is a six hospital system serving southern Broward County, Florida.  Mr. Blanton has worked at Memorial for over 25 years and has led the selection and design of numerous clinical and operational systems, as well as many strategic projects.
Mr. Blanton lives with his family in Southwest Ranches, Florida and received a Bachelors’ in Mathematical Sciences and a Masters’ in Operations Research, both from Stanford University.  Mr. Blanton has earned the following certifications:  PMP (Project Management Professional); FACHE (Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives); CMA (Certified Management Accountant); CDP (Certified Data Processor); and CFPIM (Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management).Hospital. Dr. Chen is joined by his wife and sons. Together they focus to bring the diverse communities of South Florida cutting edge high quality preventative and primary care.
