Robin Arnold-Williams is a Principal at Leavitt Partners Salt Lake City office and Western Region and directs Leavitt Partners’ Medicaid practice. With knowledge gained over a 32-year career in public service, Robin helps clients navigate complex regulatory issues and refine their business practices to maximize value.
Robin has over a decade of experience leading large state-level health and human service agencies. In her most recent role, Robin served, for the second time, as Secretary of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (2012-2013). She also held this post from 2005 to 2008. She was responsible for administering a wide range of programs including Medicaid, aging and disability services, economic services, vocational rehabilitation, child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, finance, technology, and regulatory functions.
Robin has also served as executive policy director for Gov. Chris Gregoire in the state of Washington. In this role she led the governor’s government reform initiatives resulting in reducing the size of state government, enhancing customer service, and streamlining service delivery.
