James Lawson is the Vice President of Client Experience at 3M Health Information Systems. With more than 20 years of healthcare consulting and account management experience, he leads 3M’s client experience group, which includes consulting, analytics, client services and sales. James is responsible for ensuring that clients are getting the utmost value out of their partnership with 3M. James was previously VP of Account Management for the central and west regions at Kryptiq-Portico Systems. Prior to this role, James led the national account management team at Ingenix, managing all in-force clients focusing on provider directory solutions, provider data solutions and credentialing solutions. He also served as product category manager at GeoAccess, where he was accountable for product strategy and life cycle for the $30 million directory systems line of business. James received his B.S. Degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
