Capri Dye, a Senior Consultant with Health Management Associates, has gained invaluable experience working on numerous projects for state, local and private entities conducting HIT assessments which established the future state of health information technology and exchange (HIT/HIE) capabilities that were needed in support of the client’s proposed model of care. She has led numerous projects conducting readiness assessments and creating implementation plans for HIT adoption among provider and beneficiary populations from Behavioral Health, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and correctional institutions. Ms. Dye is currently working with the TEFT state grantees in the areas of health information exchanges, electronic health records, personal health records, and interoperability and standards.
